Delivery

We deliver throughout Romania by FAN Courier or with Concept Hotels' own transport.

In-stock products ship from our Bucharest warehouse; products ordered from the manufacturer (ADA Cosmetics, Aliseo, Indel B) have the lead time confirmed in the quote or order confirmation.

We confirm the delivery cost and lead time for each order before shipping. For project deliveries (hotel openings, renovations) we agree dates and delivery location together.
